4 ways fibre in your diet can prevent colon cancer


You have never seen it or tasted it, but fiber works wonders for your health. For years, research studies have proved that increased intake of dietary fiber helps in minimizing the risk of colorectal cancer. Studies have also highlighted the effect of high fiber containing foods in protecting you against ovarian, gastrointestinal, breast and endometrial cancers. Let’s have a look at how fibre protects us from cancer:
